Unfortunately, you do miss out on the easy Lab Man wins with this choice. MH1 also gives you an extra utility dredger in ], ] for more land recursion nonsense (maybe some ] lock action?), and even some spice with ] turning all your lands into potential draws. The colors are pretty good for it, as you have access to common ] "combos" like ] and ].
His +2 is worded in a way that really benefits dredge, letting you replace that draw immediately if you want to. ] is actually a pretty underrated option for this sort of thing IMO. How do I want to win? Initial thoughts are ] but my playgroup doesn't take to infinite combos very well, unless they are a complete puzze, and labman isn't a card that accidentally wins the game for you.
